According to their explanation of the decision, the bid made by this group of bidders has been deemed the most favorable. However, the value of the bid or the names of the other companies that were interested in getting this job have not been cited.
The estimated value of the investment cited in the public invitation is around RSD 768 million.
Let us remind that the minister of construction, transport and infrastructure of Serbia, Goran Vesic, earlier stated that four companies had responded to the tender for the construction of 16 “green stations” on highways in Serbia.
The subject of the public call which the Roads of Serbia opened in October last year is the selection of the financier to the end of the realization of the project of “green stations”, which entails the financing of the preparation of the preliminary design and the financing of the construction of the side road features at the existing rests and parking lots for the needs of the users, at least five electric chargers with a minimum power of 150 kW per charger, with a minimum of two connections for simultaneous charging, restaurants, services, shops and other service facilities, with a gross developed area of up to 100 m2, on IA-grade state roads in Serbia.
As Vesic announced earlier, it will be possible to install at least 80, and at most 320 chargers for electric cars, with at least two charging slots on each charger and with a minimum power of 150 kW per charger.
The estimated value of the investment of the company which wins at the tender is around RSD 768 million, and after the construction of all the features, the expert commission which will be formed by the PE Roads of Serbia will determine the actual value of the project based on the conducted works.
The investor, that is, the state, has obliged to enable the financier to use and exploit the built features for a period of 15 years, with the possibility of the extension of the deadline, with a fee that will be paid by the financier.
