Contractors for Construction of Tirsova 2 and Cika Daca Stadium in Kragujevac to Be Selected in January – Waiting for Completion of Tenders Worth EUR 172 Million

The completion of the tendering procedures for the execution of the works on the construction of the new University Children’s Clinic Tirsova 2 in Belgrade and the execution of the works on the construction of the Cika Daca Stadium in Kragujevac is expected in January, the Ministry of Public Investments said for eKapija. Combined, these projects are worth over EUR 172 million.

– The tender for the execution of the works on the construction of the new University Children’s Clinic Tirsova 2 is in the phase of the expert assessment of the bids, whereas the deadline period for the submission of bids is still ongoing for the tender for the execution of the works on the construction of the Cika Daca Stadium in Kragujevac – the ministry told our portal.

Let us remind that, in July, the Ministry of Public Investments published the tender for the works on the construction of the new University Children’s Clinic Tirsova 2 in Belgrade, and the value of the works had been estimated at RSD 11.2 billion (around EUR 95 million), without the VAT. The selected contractors will be given three years to complete the construction.

Through this procurement of works, the construction of the entire hospital complex is planned. The gross floor area of the new facility is 61,923.98 m2, and the facility is to have five basement levels and six floors (including the ground floor). The number of hospital beds is 167-230 and 71 beds within the daily hospital, and 528 parking spaces are also planned.



The tender for the services of the preparation of the construction plan, the works and the services of the preparation of the as-built design for the Cika Daca stadium in Kragujevac was also published in July. The estimated value of the works is RSD 9.1 billion (around EUR 77.6 million) without the VAT. The deadline for the completion of the obligation under the contract may not be longer than 1,280 calendar days, that is, three and a half years.

The bid submission deadline for both tenders was September 14.
