CRM conference in Belgrade - how to get an insight into consumers' behaviour

Abreviation CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management, and CRM's concepts are based on the need to get an insight into consumers' behaviour and to coordinate business usage of technology and human resources with that.

I Team Belgrade has prepaired organization of the First International CRM & Call Centers conference. This conference will be held in Belgrade, in Inter-Continental Hotel, on April, 24th, 2006.

A lot of known names will apear at this assembley, as well as famous lecturers from the filed of CRM and Call Centers technology, as a inseparable part of successfull CRM, among whom will be Joe Cristina, PRISM Consulting Malta, Elena Ponomareva, co-founder and vice-president of CRM Association from Russia, Rick Macy, senior partner of CRM company Academia, Evangelos Xevelonakis, director of consulting company SWISS VALUENET from Zurich, Jozek Gruskovnjak, manager of Internet Business Solution Group (IBSG), Cisco Systems. The Chairman of the conference will be dr Miodrag Ivkovic, professor at the Novi Sad University and manager of sale and marketing at Telekom Serbia.

On the conference will be represented CRM solutions with which the following companies improve their business: Microsoft, Cisco Systems, Algotech, Trizma, Pexim Solutions, Saga, Telekom Serbia.

It is expected that this conference gathers around 200 business people, not only for Serbia and Montenegro, but from neighbouring countries as well.
