Two Office Buildings and Land in Vracar up for Sale

The company “Drustvo za poslovanje nekretninama Ream d.o.o.” has advertised the sale of the property on the parcel 1733 in Vracar. As specified in the ad, the offer includes two office buildings, for which the core activity is not determined, with a basement and five floors (including the ground floor), with areas of 368 m2 and 483 m2, as well as urban building land along the facilities, with an area of 273 m2. The area of the parcel on which the facilities are located is 1,124 m2. The functional unit is located at 14 Svetog Save Street.

Said properties are sold exclusively as a single unit, the ad says.

The potential purchaser can expect to take possession of the property on November 1 this year, provided that the sale is successful.

Among other things, the participants must submit proof of the payment of a deposit of EUR 100,000.

Bids may be submitted by June 21 at the address Ream d.o.o. Novi Beograd, 165/v Mihajla Pupina Blvd.
