Piraeus Bank has put up several real estate items up for sale, in line with the Mortgage Law, among which the most valuable items are the industrial complex in Smederevo and the land and facilities in Prote Mateje Street in Vracar.

The Smederevo industrial complex encompasses the head office building (211 m2), a residential-office building (619 m2), a garage (215 m2), a processing hall (818 m2) and other facilities. It has a total area of 1.73 ha and 72 m2 and is located in Crvene Armije Street, CM Lipe 2. A food and drink industry facility (142 m2), on the land with an area of 1.3 ha and 11 m2, as well as first class farm fields with side facilities, are also included in the offer. The starting price of the industrial complex in Smederevo is around a million euros.

The land with an area of 0.04 ha and 90 m2, as well as a family residential building with a side yard building in Prote Mateje Street iv Vracar, Belgrade, is also up for sale. The starting price of the complex is EUR 920,000.
