Belgrade Publishes Tender for Designing and Construction of 4 Sports Facilities and Pools – Job Worth RSD 9.5 Billion

The Belgrade Land Development Public Agency has published the tender for the designing and construction of sports facilities in the territory of the capital of Serbia.

The tendering documentation shows that these are four pools with accompanying facilities, the construction of which the city authorities have announced on several occasions – in Borca, Zemun, Lazarevac and Grocka.

The value of this turnkey project has been estimated at RSD 9.53 billion.

The first and the second items, worth RSD 1.9 and 1.8 billion respectively, pertain to the construction in Grocka (1st and 2nd phases), the third pertains to Borca (phase 1, worth RSD 2.24 billion), whereas the fourth and fifth pertain to Lazarevac and Altina in Zemun (RSD 1.4 and 2.24 billion respectively).
