Arena Zagreb to go up for sale?

Last week saw the adoption of the Plan for financial restructuring of the Croatian construction company Ingra. One of the options for debt settlement is the sale of Arena Zagreb.

The Plan for financial restructuring of Ingra was passed thanks to the votes of financial institutions, its biggest creditors, the web portal Seebiz reports.

Ingra's largest creditor is BKS Bank AG, to which the companny owes HRK 244,924,576.73 (EUR 32 mil), but its debts to other banks are also substantial.

Ingra owes EUR 29 million to the Privredna banka Zagreb group, about EUR 20 million to Societe Generale - Splitska Banka, around EUR 15 million to Zagrebacka banka, over EUR 13 million to the members of the Raiffeisen Bank group, and about EUR 5 million to the Erste Bank group. Ingra has a debt of over EUR 4.7 million towards the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development (HBOR).
