First international conference "CRM & Call Centers", organized by company "I Team", held successfully in Belgrade
The First International Conference "CRM & Call Centers", organized by "I Team", was held on April 26, 2006, in Belgrade's hotel "Intercontinental".
That conference showed that there is big interest in Serbia in this sector and that many companies that operate on Serbia's market are featured by progressive spirit and modern thinking. Among the participants in the conference were representatives of companies "Avaya", "Banca Intesa", "Raiffeisenbank", "British American Tobacco", "Coca Cola" and many others.
The Conference was opened by Ana Marković, PR manager in company "I Team", and then the chairman of that meeting, Dr Miodrag Ivković, held lecture on needs of domestic market, pointing out that the world of today is turned to the services and that the new business culture demand organizational changes.
Some of the lecturers at the Conference were world-renowned experts, such as Joe Cristina (PRISM Consulting Malta), Elene Ponomareve (vice president of CRM Association), Evangelosa Xevelonakisa (manager of consulting company "SWISS VALUENET"), who talked about market segmentation, strategies and implementation of CRM system, as well about evaluation of its efficiency.
Companies "Microsoft", "Cisco Systems", "Algotech", "Trizma", "Pexim Solutions", "Saga" and "Telekom Srbija" gave significant contribution to the entire manifestation.
