Calculation of wages – Salaries

Employee wages or salaries, are a particularly sensitive segment of Human Resources module. They depend on diverse parameters and are well protected data. Users can choose between different settings for salary calculations as well as income outside of employment.

The database offers the option to set up as many calculations as the company needs. During salary calculations it is possible to perform cost allocation by department, projects and the like so as to know the cost of each employee within a business unit at all times. Doing this enables easy calculations of, say, costs of a project or part of a project at a later time. After the calculations are complete, data can be exported as XML files for Tax Administration. Also, it is possible to export data for payment orders based on predefined parameters.

Leave records

Records of leave for each employee can be monitored through their own Personal map. These records also have the option of monitoring vacation data based on predefined criteria or the information compiled as well Records of absences.

There is also the option of printing out a variety of reports concerning leave data (decision on annual leave, decision on paid-time off and other)

Records of working hours

A simple solution for planning and recording working hours and employees leaves was designed within the PANTHEON Web Light business program. In addition to easy record-keeping of employees working hours, the program also provides each employee with an overview of their working hours, managing annual leave, sick days, travel orders. HR managers can view data on presence of each employee individually or within the department or a team.

Reports


Human resources offer different types of reports, either legislative or custom-built reports, such as income trends and leaves by individual departments.
