At the same session, a decision was made to issue licenses for the provision of radio media services for the entire territory of Serbia, and Hit Music FM, Radio S, Radio S2 and Play radio received licenses by a majority of votes.
Due to the great interest in obtaining a license for television broadcasting for the territory of the entire Republic of Serbia, the REM Council made a decision to call for a tender for awarding another license for the so-called "the fifth frequency", according to their announcement.
At the meeting yesterday, the REM Council has also passed a decision on the tender for the allocation of licenses for the Belgrade region, namely three licenses for television broadcasting via terrestrial digital signal and twelve licenses for the provision of radio media services via terrestrial analog transmission.
