Nova Livnica in New Belgrade Put Up for Sale – Over 7 ha of Land at Initial Price of EUR 26 Million

Nova Livnica at 102 Omladinskih Brigada Street in New Belgrade has been put up for sale along with the accompanying equipment.

According to the ad documentation, said property consists of 11 facilities with a total area of 38,815 m2, mechanical, electrical and other installations, transformation stations, as well as land on three cadaster parcels with a total area of 73,771 m2 (7.37 ha).

The initial price is EUR 26 million.

Those interested who buy out the sales documentation have the right to view the property until July 27. The public bidding is scheduled for August 1 at the address 4 Kneza Mihaila Street, at noon.
