Swiss Company ALSO Holding AG Acquires Serbian PIN Computers

The company ALSO Holding AG has finalized the acquisition of PIN Computers d.o.o. Following the acquisition, the company will continue operating as ALSO Serbia in Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

– This is part of the successful development strategy of ALSO Group, which also includes expansion in 13 new countries of eastern Europe since 2015. The acquisitions ranged from companies which specialize in distribution to Microsoft experts DAQUAS, an acquisition which was realized earlier this year. Including the three new countries, ALSO is now present in 16 countries of eastern Europe and 27 countries in total in Europe – the company says.

ALSO Serbia will provide its local partners with access to their eco-system of IT hardware and software, solutions, services and digital platforms.

Their expertise in domains such as cyber security and other digital platforms, the local expertise of the employees at PIN, along with the business expertise of ALSO, will surely create a very strong player in the market – said Gustavo Möller-Hergt, CEO ALSO Holding AG.
