Face hydration with a fruit mask of only two ingredients

To make your face more beautiful and attractive, in addition to cosmetics that provide the required nutrients, it is necessary to "enhance" the care with natural masks that contain plenty of additional nutrients. One of the benefits of natural skin hydration is that it provides better absorption of important vitamins and minerals.

You can use a simple mask made out of banana and olive oil to hydrate your facial skin. Banana is rich in potassium and vitamin A, both great for recovering dry skin. Additionally, it contains vitamin B, which protects against the appearance of free radicals that endanger the functioning of human cells. Also worth mentioning is the wide range of amino acids that are very important in maintaining the elasticity and firmness of facial skin.

The mask is very simple to make. One medium-sized banana and olive oil are required. Mash the banana until it turns mushy, then gradually add the oil until you get a compact mass of sufficient firmness to stick to the face. Then apply the mask and hold for 20 minutes, after which you can rinse everything with lukewarm water.

The advisable usage for this simple care treatment is 3-5 times a week.
