Annex to contract with "Delta-Zekstra"

Government of Republic of Srpska (RS) gave its consent today (May 14th, 2009) for the annex to the contract on sale of department store "Boska" to Belgrade-based consortium "Delta-Zekstra", which changes the deadline for payment of the purchase price.

The Head of the government PR Bureau, Vera Sajić, said to the press that the annex to the contract defined that the buyer was obliged to pay 3m EUR for state-owned capital in "Boska" within seven days from the day the annex to the contract was signed.

She said that the annex should be signed at the beginning of the next week.

Sajić also said that the annex to the contract obliged Government of RS to "provide legal assistance and participate in the procedures of legal resolving of mutual relations with co-owners of 'Boska' through its authorized institutions".

According to her words, the buyer is obliged to open an ownership account, to make the payment to that account, and to deliver proofs and guarantee.
