DDOR Novi Sad - the first insurance company with ISO standards for acting in complaints and Protected customer stamp

The Republic union of customers delivered "Protected customer" stamp to DDOR Novi Sad which guarantees that it provides clients the highest quality of services at the market and protects thus their rights.

GM at DDOR Novi Sad which operates within Italian UnipolSai group, Giorgio Marchegiani, said ISO standard and a stamp is very important for DDOR which is thus stepping into a new stage of relations towards users.

President of the Republic union of customers, Denis Perincic said DDOR Novi Sad went "two steps ahead "compared to other insurance company and general Law on customers’ protection since now they have more transparent and more measurable relation to their customers.

"Protected customer" stamp is a legally protected stamp of trust for customers as a guarantee that a company reached the highest level of service it offers.
