Green market for a "greener" future of Obrenovac - Company Jadran, a leader in the field of innovative construction

The modern facility in the area between Vuk Karadžića, Vojvoda Mišića streets, the health center and the town square is now in an advanced stage of construction, and in the coming period it will become a favorite place for many citizens to buy the freshest, domestic products. So far, during the various stages of construction, more than 500 tons of reinforcement and 5,000 cubic meters of concrete have been installed in the Green Market, and the complex works on the reinforced concrete structure are nearing completion.

The dynamics of the work has been progressing from the very beginning in accordance with the planned plans and deadlines, and the end of the work on the construction of the ground floor and roof slabs is in sight, which will be followed by the installation of the steel roof structure, whose weight exceeds even 170 tons. Various masonry works, as well as the plastering of the walls, are in progress, and the company Jadran strives to ensure the highest quality and efficiency of each phase in the construction of this facility at all times.

In addition, installation works are underway in the basement of this modern building, and after the completion of the construction of the building, which plays a key role, the expert and experienced teams of the Jadran company will proceed with insulation and facade work, thermal cladding, sandwich panels and facade strips.

The citizens of Obrenovac can expect the completion of the works by the end of the year, and the new space will create extraordinary conditions for the placement of products from local farmers and producers. In addition, the aforementioned market, which will contain bars, administrative offices, a closed dairy hall with refrigerated display cases, as well as a closed market hall, will surely provide many consumers with a pleasant shopping experience every day.

In the future, Saturday will remain the favorite and most visited market day for many citizens of Obrenovac, and with 76 parking spaces, the Green Market will reduce the problems of traffic jams and congestion, which is of great importance both for Obrenovac residents and for visitors from all over Serbia.
