The passion for exploration and adventure is the energy that drives the Wild Serbia agency – WS Adventures, that has, after 15 years of experience and organizing more than 1,000 events, specialized for organizing adventurous activities and team building tours.

As Ivan Nastic told eKapija, team building is important for company for many reasons:

– First of all, team building strengthens the connections between team members. Through joint experiences and activities, employees can establish friendships and business relationships that improve the mutual communication, cooperation and trust. This is key for a team to successfully function in a corporate setting. Also, team building experiences create shared memories which all participants will fondly remember. Apart from strengthening the team connections, participating in new activities and challenges in team building is an excellent chance for polishing various skills, including team work, leadership and problem solving. This is vital for the team`s and the company`s future successes. Organizing team building can be extremely fun especially when you include adventurous activities on attractive destinations in Serbia.

Wild Serbia primarily organizes entertaining and adventurous team building programmes on unique destinations. We single out adventure games and orienteering, recreational kayaking, which is a highlight of any event, hiking, offroad, bike tours,etc.

– We are registered travel organizers, so apart from adventure and topical team building activities we also organize trips with rides to the destination and organized activities as well as the complete multi-day packages that include transportation, accommodation and additional activities, he adds.

When questioned which programmes have become favorite for companies and what they choose the most, Nastic replies:

– Every company has a different approach to team building. We classify these programmes as multi-hour activities, one-day trips or multi-day programmes that are usually organized outside Belgrade. Depending on the duration of the chosen programme, whether it includes one or two overnight stays, we give specific recommendations to companies for the best choice of hotels and destination. If it`s a one-night stay, the best places to go to are Fruska Gora, Silver Lake, Divcibare, Bukulja and maybe Zlatibor and Tara. For two overnight stays, we usually organize team building programmes on Zlatar and Uvac, Tara mountain and Mokra Gora, Drina, Zlatibor, Stara Planina and Sokobanja.

They point out that the distance of a location has the biggest influence on the choice of the team building programme.

Smaller team have a bigger choice of activities, because they can habitually do adventures that are more adequate for smaller groups, Ivan Nastic states.

– We are talking about canyoning and spelunking as well as the relatively new activity we implemented last year – speed boat tours on the Danube, Sava and Drini. During these programmes the participants are oriented towards each other and we think these are the perfect team building activities.

He adds that for the big groups Wild Serbia usually organize adventure games or several different team building activities intended for smaller teams.

– After some time, teams change with the activities and thus the whole group can enjoy various activities, I would like to point out that we also specialize in water sport and big groups. Through our experience in organizing events we have managed to transfer the intensity of the content and the adventure experience of small groups to large groups with 200-300 participants, Nastic says.
