Japan supporting Serbian startups in conquering Asian markets – Second NINJA accelerator program opens

The NINJA (Next INnovation with JApan) accelerator program, intended for startups in the phase of intensive growth, is to be held in Serbia for the second time. This program, which is implemented by ICT Hub and the Digital Serbia Initiative, in partnership with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), lasts ten weeks and aims to prepare startups for entering new markets in Asia.

During the program, the participants will work with local and international experts through five mandatory thematic wholes, including setting the goals, understating the cultures, the strategy of entering the market, the sales processes and workshops on collecting the funds. Along with a mandatory curriculum, the startups will get a mentor who will provide them with additional support and consultations.

The application deadline is November 2024, and the selection of the startups will last until November 22. The accelerator program itself begins on November 25 and will last until January 31, whereas the Demo Day will be held on February 6.

The participants will have the opportunity to attend special events and panels which will help them develop their operations and connect with potential partners.
