The French-Serbian Chamber of Commerce announces public competition for Start-up accelerators - Applications open till June 15
The French-Serbian Chamber of Commerce (CCI) announced another competition for Start-up accelerators , afree mentorship for start-ups and enterprises founded over a year ago at most. Association of French companies invites all interested parties to use this chance and apply till June 15.
The French-Serbian Chamber of Commerce already organised this programme last year, where two start-ups were chosen through the contest - Car:Go, mobile application for
ordering driving service and PetGuards, online platform for pet care. During the last year, the founders of these two star-ups have gotten advice from the managing directors of some the largest French firms. They were provided mentorship for all aspects of business - legal, marketing, financial and other. With efficient marketing start-ups increased their visibility, made more clients and raised the number of associates, CCI has stated.
This year up to three start-up enterprises or teams will be chosen and during the next year they will receive business advice from the directors and managers of the biggest French firms doing business in Serbia, in order to help them develop their enterprises with their expertise, experience, contacts and ideas.
The Chamber`s Board of Directors consists of 11 directors of french companies. Among them are both French And Serbs, the leading people of companies such as Schneider Electric, Suez, Lesaffre, Credit Agricole, Saint-Gobain Weber, PricewaterhouseCoopers, SADE and others. Chosen start-ups will automatically receive Chamber membership for one year.
All start-ups founded over a year ago at most and entrepreneurs up to age 40 who are Serbian residents are applicable for the contest. Teams of three people, out of whom one can be a foreigner can also apply.
The contest is open for projects from all industry branches, but the organizers suggest the the projects must include digital technologies and, if possible, must be oriented towards the global market.
You can apply by filling out a questionnaire on the Chamber`s site until June 15, 2018.
