Biggest startup center in CEE, weXelerate, to open on September 1

(Part of weXelerate team) The biggest startup center in Central and East Europe, weXelerate, will open on September 1, 2017.

The innovative ecosystem is located in the Design Tower office building in Vienna, taking up 4 floors and 9,000 m2. Soon, several hundred of the best startup companies in Europe will be cooperating closely with the leading management companies, joint ventures, incubators, service and distribution partners and investors, as well as mentors from Uber, Google, Siemens, Cisco, N26 and others, weXelerate says.

The already known companies from the Austrian startup scene will be located in the center, among them Speedinvest, i5invest, Blue Minds Factory, Wearedevelopers, 3TS and many others, and more than 100 partners include Andritz, Wustenrot, Uniqa, ORF, Kurier, WhatAVenture, Blockchain Institute Vienna, Global Incubator Network and many others.

The center will be open 365 days a year, seven days a week, 24 hours a day, with the aim of enhancing the innovative process in the fields of banking, insurance, energy and infrastructure, industry 4.0, media and mobility, and technologies such as artificial intelligence and bots, blockchain, web protection and the Internet of Things.
