Construction of resort in Lustica as planned – Suite buildings construction to end

(Future complex) The Lustica Bay project has been running in line with the planned dynamics i.e. within deadlines, representatives of Lustica Development said.

New Executive Manager at Lustica Development, Darren Gibson, said at the meeting with the minister of finance of Montenegro, Radoje Zugic, that construction of suite buildings is nearing an end.

- Progress in marine construction is obvious and negotiations with famous operators have been in progress so that the construction of luxurious hotel complex could start in the second half next year – Gibson said.

According to Zugic, the Government of Montenegro will in the future as well, through incentives, create preconditions for predictable and stable business environment which should attract new investors.

As it was announced from the Montenegrin Ministry of Finance, regular reporting on construction of the luxurious tourist complex Lustica Bay as well as strengthening of cooperation at all levels which can speed up the successful project finalization in all field were agreed at the meeting.

Lustica Development was set up in 2008 as a joint venture of Swiss Orascom (90%) and the Government of Montenegro (10%).
