PSP Farman builds 100 new flats in West 65 complex - Late 2016 to see the construction start of shopping mall and the biggest office tower in Belgrade (PHOTO)

Having in mind great interest of citizens for flats in Novi Beograd-based West 65 complex, PSP Farman started new stage of construction of residential and office complex in Omladinskih brigade Street 86.

- Complex will be built in two stages. All flats have been sold, in the first stage some 80%. We started the construction of the second stage where 100 flats will be available, 11 retail shops and an underground garage – Nebojsa Crnobrnja, GM at PFB, daughter company of PSP Farman Holding, presented new investments to media yesterday.

West 65 will be in line with the condominium settlement so residents do not have to worry about safety of mutual rooms.

He pointed out that the concept of West 65 complex was designed in line with the center of the historical part of the city, zone around Toplicin venac so the facilities form a network of small streets with a square and retail and catering shops with other additional facilities necessary for residents and visitors of the complex.

- We wanted to make multi-functional complex. The center will have a square and a kilometer of pedestrian paths.

Flats have glass walls which open towards terraces fenced with transparent, glass fence.

- Installed materials are of top quality, final processing is done in the first-class materials procured from renowned producers with which PSP Farman Holding has a long-standing, successful cooperation.

Crnobrnja pointed out that West 65 provides significant contribution to revival of construction sector in Serbia because up till now 35 domestic producers of different profiles have been engaged at the construction site.

The completion is expected in September next year. The buyers will find the price the most interesting. Flats range from EUR 2.100 with VAT per square meter.

Energy savings of 30%

West 65 has a central cooling system which delivers cooling liquid from wells through water cooling facility to floor convectors in floors. Every flat has a gas boiler to warm up water for households and in the winter time, heated water is used to heat flats through the same floor convectors. Every facility in every room has thermostats for individual temperature set up.

- Residents generate electricity savings higher than 30% compared to flats connected to city, central heating line and which, in the summer time, cool with so-called split units.

Shopping mall construction starts in 2016

The second stage implies construction of a luxurious shopping mall and multi-functional residential and office tower with a hotel with 146 floors.

As the investor announced, the construction should start in late 2016 and the works should end in 2018.
