Eyemaxx Real Estate sets up cornerstone in Stara Pazova-based logistics center - Austrian investor is planning construction of outlet facility

Today, Eyemaxx Real Estate has officially announced the construction of the logistics centerin Stara Pazova by setting up the cornerstone. The first implementation stage will comprise two warehouses and the first facility will be ready in early2015, eKapija finds out.

-The warehouse area is 16.000 m2, flexible office space 1.000 m2, so that overall renting area is 17.000 m2. The warehouse height is 11,75 m, while the floor capacity totals 8t/m2 –Eyemaxx says for eKapija.

Konstruktor Konsalting is in charge of construction. The first known client is German "Schenker", which will open itslogistics center in the first facility.

The second stage comprises construction of five warehouses more. According to the investor, it is expected Stara Pazova to get an outlet center as well as a retail centerbut the company does not want to speak about further plans.

As it has been announced, in 2008 Eyemaxx bought some 50 ha of land in Stara Pazova planning to invest EUR 300 m in the business complex onthat location.

Perfect location

The location of LOG CENTER Belgrade couldn’t be better: 20 km to Belgrade City, 50 km to Novi Sad - thecapital of Vojvodina with a direct access from highway E75 and nearby E70 andthe E-5 motorway. The main railway pass, as well as Nikola-Tesla-AirportBelgrade are just minutes away. Furthermore LOG CENTER Belgrade is situatedjust 10 km from the future cargo airport – the Airbase Batajnica, the RiverDanube is nearby.

Outstanding Concept

LOG CENTER Belgrade is a branded concept that has already been implemented in several countries, among them: LOGCENTER NovéMesto in Slovakia or Log Center Timisoara in Romania. The LOG CENTER concept combines great office space with high-end logistic areas that can betailor made to the tenants needs. On site parking for cars and trucks is an implicitness as well as the fences around the whole area with 24 hoursmonitoring. The warehouse convinces with daylight, ESFR Sprinkler, lifting platforms, loading ramps, gas heating, an internal clear height of 11,75 meterand a grid of approx. 18x24 meter, air-condition can be implemented optionally.The loading facilities have hydraulic docking station and access ramps.
