Israelis are building a retail park in Zrenjanin - Investment worth 50 million EUR

Israeli company is going to start soon with building a retail park in Zrenjanin, according to the 'Novosti'.
-Israeli partner is entering the property in Beges, these days, and entire investment, in which it will hire our construction companies, i 50 million EUR, said Ivan Devic, Assistant Mayor for investment.
Israeli company is operating in the field of shopping malls construction. 10 hectares of land in Zrenjanin Municipality, at the very entrance to the city from the direction of Novi Sad, were purchased in the legal procedure with the owner - Hungarian company 'Arkad', after already development urban plans for the land allocated for that purpose. 'Arkad' gave up the planned investment, and instead the Israeli company is going to build the first retail park of the region.
- At the moment, we are resolving some legal relations and registration of the land. The project is expected to be implemented in 2-3 months and we expect employment of around 250 workers, said Devic, pointing out that this attractive retail center in the open will have lots of retail objects and numerous contents.
