New sales of Mediteran hotel in Becici

The Mediteran hotel in Becicic has not found a buyer yet so a new, third in a row, sales advertisement has been announced.

Written proposals for public bidding for this real estate of debtor in possession, Maestraltours, are to be collected by July 29, 2014.

Mediteran has four stars. It is a facility with 230 rooms, a pension restaurant with 600 seats, a la carte restaurant Amfora, a cafe Opera with 120 seats, a beach restaurant, a lobby bar, two restaurant gardens, a night club, indoor swimming pool with a spa and wellness center, outdoor swimming pool, a congress center, aqua park Mediteran, rent-a-car, etc.

The initial price which was decreased this time is EUR 53.732.434.
