Danish New Ventur Holding interested in construction of elite complex on Cetinje

Danish New Ventur Holding Inc is interested in investing in Montenegro and is planning to invest in the construction of elite hotel and tourist complex at the territory of Cetinje, the Ministry of Finance of Montenegro announced.

On Thursday, June 18, 2014, the Minister, Radoje Zugic, discussed with the company representatives and the meeting, as it was announced, was attended by the mayor of Cetinje, Aleksandar Bogdanovic and a representative of the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism.

-Representatives of New Ventur Holding presented their intention to invest. It refers to the construction of the hotel and tourist complex which, apart from the hotel, would comprise more facilities such as casinos, aquarium, museum, etc. – it was stated at the announcement.

Zugic presented to guests the Montenegrin the tax policy basic elements as well as decision of the Government of the country to provide strong support to all developmental projects.

Bogdanovic, as it was said, outlined the interest of Cetinje in project implementation and reminded that the city has very competitive business environment thanks to business zones and set of incentives which are available for investors.

- Along with the mutual statement that the implementation of this big investment would have very important benefits both for Cetinje and Montenegro, the next steps were agreed – it was stated in the announcement.
