Tamis Hotel in Pancevo put up for sale again

The Privatization Agency today issued a notice of sale of Pancevo-based hotel Tamis and the assets of the Sloboda company in bankruptcy by public bidding.

With all its equipment, the value of this facility is estimated at RSD 644.44 million, but it is not binding for bidders. All those interested are to pay a deposit of RSD 128.89 million.

The bankruptcy manager must accept the highest bid submitted if it exceeds 50 percent of the estimated value. If it is below that level, it must first be approved by the board of creditors.

Bids can be submitted by all juristic and physical persons. The deadline to submit bids is June 3th, when they will be publicly opened in the Privatization Agency.
