The first five-star hotel project in Sutomore was yesterday presented in Montenegro. It is a hotel of Soho Hotels And Resort which Russian businessman Alexander Grigoriev established last year after buying all movable and immovable property of the hotel and tourist complex Inex Zlatna obala from the Privatization Agency.
- We're going to invest over EUR 100 million in this project - Soho Hotels CEO Rade Vujacic told yesterday's press conference occasioned by the project presentation.
In the first phase of construction, this Montenegrin brand attracted the attention of the Kempinski group, the oldest European chain of superluxury five-star hotels that owns hotels in 30 countries world wide.
As Vujacic said, the final deadline to complete the hotel should be 1 June 2015, whereas villas will be ready to receive first guests as early as in late June 2014. He stressed that this hotel was not the only investment of Soho Hotels And Resort.
According to the website of Soho Hotels And Resort, the project in Sutomore will include a complex of 150 hotel rooms, 52 villas with 102 double bed apartments, 40 triple bed apartments and 6 VIP villas, marina, spa center, boutiques, yachting club, two tennis courts, and a panoramic restaurant.
