Competition for preliminary designs for bus and railway stations and business complex in New Belgrade's Block 42 announced

The City of Belgrade, the Town Planning Institute of Belgrade and the Belgrade Association of Architects (DAB) have announced a public, open, anonymous, single-stage competition for urban and architectural designs for bus and railway stations and business-commercial complex in Block 42 in New Belgrade.

The area that is the subject of this competition is Block 42 in New Belgrade, which lies between Jurija Gagarina Street, Proleterske Solidarnosti Street, Milutina Milankovica Boulevard and Djordja Stanojevica Street.

The aim of this competition is to choose the best technological, traffic, urban and architectural solution for the construction of bus and railway stations in New Belgrade and a business and commercial complex in Block 42.

The competition is financed by the Belgrade Building Land and Development Directorate.

All designs must be submitted by 13 May 2014.
