(the future look of Dunavski Biser)
The municipality of Negotin has inked a contract with Arandjelovac-based Infoplan to prepare the Detailed Regulation Plan for the tourist and recreational complex Dunavski Biser (The Danube Pearl) in the village of Mihajlovac.
This complex will be built on a land of about 30 hectares. According to the draft of the urban design prepared by the author team of the architectural bureau Raum, the future complex will comprise accommodation facilities, dock with the management building, bank and post offices, souvenir shop, travel agency, infirmary, cafe, restaurant, park, amphitheater and floating restaurants.
Negotin has been trying to find an investor for this complex for several years now. The tourist and recreational complex Dunavski Biser near Mihajlovac was presented in Sofia late last year, at the presentation of the best potential investments in the field of tourism in the border area Vidin-Zajecar-Bor.
