Montenegrin hotels Onogost and Teuta seek buyer again

Hotels Onogost in Niksic and Teuta in Risan and Savnik tavern in Savnik, which are all owned by Niksic-based hotel company Onogost, are put up for sale for the 12th time.

The starting price for all three facilities is EUR 12 million.

Deadline to submit bids is December 9th, while a public auction will be held December 12th in the Court of Commerce in Podgorica.

Niksic Hotel in Sutomore, also a part of the Onogost company, was sold earlier.

Onogost Hotel was closed in March 2013, after being opened for nearly six decades.
