Company "MPC properties" represented project "Ušće" at Investment Fair in Cannes

Belgrade-based company "MPC properties" participates in the largest European Investment Fair - "MAPIC" in Cannes, with the project for business center "Ušće".

- The project for construction of "Ušće" complex of total surface of 180,000 square meters attracted the attention of big number of visitors of the Fair - said Siniša Brašanac, a member of the Administrative Board of company "MPC" and added that the first phase of the project elaboration had been finished.

According to Brašanac, the second phase of works on the project for construction of multifunctional shopping mall commenced two months ago, whereas the third phase implies construction of so-called twin towers on surface of 20,000 square meters.

Brašanac pointed out that the fact that 70% of the space in "Ušće" had already been rented put the project of company "MPC" among the most successful projects at the Fair.
