Agrokor eyes another hotel in Dalmatia
Agrokor and its Mexican partner Karisma are seriously interested in hotel business. After taking over Kolocep hotels and entering the race for the military complex Kupare, they now eye another tourist project in Dalmatia, Tportal reports.
Namely, people at Agrokor have confirmed their interest in Romana Hotel in Makarska, a project by Marinko Sulic.
Romana Hotel with 250 beds should be built in Bilosevac, some thirty meters above a gravel beach. The building site is a 22,000 sqm land of the former camp Dalmacija that became a property of the Hoteli Makarska company following the conversion in 1997. This company sold it immediately, although former owners requested the restitution of as many as 15,000 square meters of land.
