Entire city in one district - project Marina "Dorćol" to enrich Belgrade with another exclusive complex

- In the area around the marina on Dorćol, the center of the exclusive apartment-business district, surrounded by the spacious promenade, should "emerge" - said Đorđe Bobić, the chief architect of the City of Belgrade, and added that there would be restaurants, stores, commercial contents and office spaces built along the walk.

In the background of the pier for boats and ships, four 12-storey apartment buildings are going to be built.

The team of architects hired by the investor-company "Engel Marina Dorćol" accepted the suggestion of the city architect and included construction of the pedestrian bridge across the railway tracks in its plan. The bridge should contribute to improvement of traffic connections with the city. As Bobić promises, the project with all its details will soon be represented to the public.

The new complex between Dorćol 1 and Dorćol 2, energy complex "Dunav" and railway tracks, translated into the language of numbers, will encompass about 43,000 square meters of housing space, 27,000 square meters of office space, whereas about 6,000 square meters will be intended for the nautical sports.

The repair shops, garages for boats, club premises and gas stations for ships will be built next to the maring with 150 places for smaller and mid-sized boats and ships.

The noticeable works on construction and organization of marina "Dorćol" can be expected at the beginning of the next building season.
