Soon project by Nelt winery - We present you shortlisted designs submitted by architecture students

The Nelt company has used part of its land in fertile Srem to plant grapevine, and they now plan to make their own brandy and wine just like all the other Serbian hosts. As we learned during our visit to this company, they plan to build a winery and give the products to their friends, associates and partners as a present.

It will be revealed soon which designs will be used for the construction of this winery, and eKapija now present you some ideas. Namely, Nelt has shortlisted three entries from those submitted to a contest for preliminary designs for the buildings of winery and distillery to be built within its complex in Dobanovci, where wines and fruit brandies will be produced and tasted.

A total of 21 entries have been submitted to aforementioned contest, mainly by students of the Belgrade Faculty of Architecture.

An expert jury consisting of Vasilije Milunovic, professor at the Faculty of Architecture, MA Aleksandar Videnovic, docent at the Faculty of Architecture, Marko Milankovic, PR manager at Nelt, Milorad Cilic, author of the TH project, and Goran Vojvodic, a famous architect, has announced three best entries, one of which will soon be declared a winning design.

The three shortlisted entries have certain advantages over competitive solutions, and the expert jury has proposed that all three entries receive an equal prize.

The key criteria for evaluating these entries were the following: architectural urban design, fitting of the urban design into the existing environment, meeting of spatial and functional requirements, and the rationality and cost-effectiveness of the solution as a whole.

We present you award-winning preliminary designs for the future winery of the Nelt company.
