Serbia's Gemax and one of the largest construction companies in Turkey - Taca, plan to participate together in tenders for the construction of several tourist facilities at the Montenegrin seaside, and foreign investors have already offered them few projects.

Turkish construction giant Taca, which has recently becoma Gemax's strategic partner, is also interested in building roads in Serbia and the region.

Director of that Turkish company, Djordjo Antelj, has told Tanjug news agency that the representatives of Gemax and Taca have already been in Montenegro, adding that foreign investors have offered them "two or three projects."

- We will apply together for the implementation of two very interesting large projects in Montenegro, which will also attract other foreign companies. One of these projects is the construction of a EUR 40 million hotel in Budva, whereas the other is the construction of the tourist complex Plava Laguna - Mr. Antelj has said to Tanjug.

Antelj has also stressed that analyses has shown that the construction sector will go through a recovery process in late 2013 and early 2014 thanks to government measures.
