Luxury hotel next to promenade in Vrnjacka Banja - Location and project ready, investor sought

Vrnjacka Banja could soon obtain a luxury hotel by the promenade. According to the plan, this facility should feature 18 rooms, 2 suites, restaurant as well as wellness and spa centers. The location and preliminary designs are ready, and project creators are now in search of an investor who should invest EUR 1.3 million, according to some estimates.

- The idea for this facility was born very spontaneously, in a communication with a friend of mine, who is also the owner of the land lot where this hotel is planned to be built. While talking about business and discussing the state of tourism and the hospitality industry in Vrnjacka Banja, we came to an idea to have a small luxury hotel built right next to the promenade in this spa resort, in a prestigious and exclusive location. Since the construction of hotels featuring various accompanying amenities is a worldwide tendency, I fancy applying that concept in Vrnjacka Banja as well – Branimir Lukic, an architect and owner of the AteljeAL company, says in a talk with eKapija.

Lukic stresses that the parcel where the hotel is planned to be built is situated in the center of this famous tourist destination.

- Proximity and availability of additional amenities offered by the spa resort will contribute to even greater quality and attractiveness of the location.

According to the designs, the hotel should feature 20 accommodation units, two of which are designed as luxury suites to be located on the top floor. An integral part of the hotel would be a restaurant with 50 seats, which would be connected to a balcony where another 50 people could be accommodated when the weather is nice.

- There is an idea to open a signature kitchen within the hotel in cooperation with a group that owns a restaurant chain, thus joining the architecture, design and gastronomy to form a consistent and coherent concept - says our interlocutor.

Aside from the restaurant and the balcony, there would be a lobby and a bar on the ground floor and wellness and spa centers in the cellar of the hotel.

- Among the relaxing amenities we plan to include in the hotel offer are a sauna, a swimming pool, a massage room, a fitness center as well as similar amenities that are designed to ensure maximum comfort to guests.

Lukic points out that the hotel is adapted to fit the needs of all visitors of the spa resort because, as he says, adequate equipment and the variety of amenities provide equal opportunities for all, regardless of their age.

The estimated value of the construction and equipping of the facility is close to EUR 1.3 million, considering that the hotel should be fit out in line with the highest technological and esthetic standards.
