Domestic company interested in building aqua park on Lozni Kalem site in Nis

As people at the Nis City Development Directorate announced, a serious and trustworthy domestic company is interested in building an aqua park on the Lozni Kalem site as well as in Cair Park in Nis.

The company, which is claimed by the people at the Directorate to successfully operate in both local and global market, has submitted a letter of intent to the director of the City Development Directorate and the mayor of Nis.

People at the Directorate still refuse to reveal the name of that investor, but they confirm that the company has expressed interest in building an aqua park on the Lozni Kalem site and in Cair Park.

- The company is interested in financing the construction of a real aqua park with all accompanying facilities, such as a spa center and a shopping mall, in the location of Lozni Kalem - says Branislav Jovanovic, executive director of the Directorate.
