Colliers International Serbia secures four commercial properties for world-renowned companies

Colliers International Serbia said in a release that it had secured an office space in Belgrade for four world-renowned companies: SNC-Lavalin, Abbott Laboratories, TrimTab Consulting and McDonald’s.

The new office space for SNC Lavalin, which has been reconstructing a major mining facility in Serbia, is situated in one of the best business parks in Belgrade – Sava Business Center, whereas Abbott Laboratories has leased a larger and completely new office space within the same business center Grawe Business Center in New Belgrade where they first moved in 2007, also thanks to Colliers International.

Colliers Serbia has also secured a new office space for the French consulting company TrimTab within the same business building in New Belgrade - Grawe Business Center. TrimTab, which currently operates from Paris and Brussels where they track their clients all around Europe, will be placed at the top floor in this office building.

Back in December 2011, Colliers Serbia Office Agency Department found an appropriate location in Kralja Aleksandra Boulevard in Belgrade and moved in McDonald’s. The official opening is planned for end-October 2012. The most famous restaurant chain in the world had been searching for such location in Kralja Aleksandra Boulevard, the longest and oldest active street in the heart of the city, since the 1990s. With the opening of the first McDonald’s restaurant in this part of the city, Kralja Aleksandra Boulevard, as one of the most important streets with the highest foot traffic in Belgrade, will be enriched with one of the most famous brands in the world.

According to Colliers, several new locations are planned for McDonald’s that could be realized in the upcoming months.
