Aleksic buys Bukovicka Banja's hotels - Belgrade-based Amasis to pay EUR 738,800 for facilities in Arandjelovac
Part of the immovable property of the Arandjelovac-based company Bukovicka Banja has been sold to Belgrade-based Amasis at the price of EUR 738,800, the Privatization Agency announced.
Amasis has bought hotels Staro Zdanje and Sumadija, Arkade restaurant, Bazen facility and two auxiliary buildings. All these facilities are situated in a 23-hectare park in Bukovicka Banja spa resort.
The company from Belgrade is owned by Miroljub Aleksic, who already owns the hotel Izvor in Arandjelovac.
