Inex-Zlatna Obala hotel complex in Sutomore again for sale

The Privatization Agency today advertised the sale of the hotel and tourist complex Inex-Zlatna Obala in Sutomore at the starting price of EUR 22.3 million. This complex is a property of the holding company Fond Inex Interexport and the company Inex Hoteli from Belgrade, both of which are undergoing restructuring.

The subject of this sale through a public auction will be all movable and immovable property. The land and all buildings are in the possession of Fond Inex Interexport, while the equipment and small inventory, which includes catering equipment, furniture, communication and office equipment, are owned by Inex Hoteli.

A guarantee or a deposit for participation in the auction in the amount of EUR 2.23 million in RSD equivalent at the NBS middle exchange rate must be paid until August 23rd, which is also the deadline to submit an application form.

The fee for the sales documentation is RSD 150,000, while foreign buyers will be able to pay that fee in EUR equivalent at the NBS middle exchange rate. All those interested can take this documentation at the Privatization Agency, 23 Terazije Street, in the period between August 15 and 22.
