New locations in Nis - Invitation for publicly-owned construction land alienation

During the 183rd meeting, members of the Nis City Council unanimously decided to publish an advertisement for the alienation of undeveloped publicly-owned construction land via open bidding.

The Mayor of Nis, Milos Simonovic, reminded of the big interest of the investors for investing in this city was present for the past four years and expressed expectation that the future will see more investors.

The advertisement will be published for the purposes of the alienation of undeveloped publicly-owned construction land via open bidding for the construction of the facility in Mokranjceva street, for the purposes of the housing facility construction in Jurija Gagarina street in the Pasi Poljana settlement, four locations for the construction of facilities in the Sever working zone for production-warehousing purposes, for the warehouse and service facility construction in Boulevard Car Konstantin.

Apart from that, the advertisement will be published for the alienation of undeveloped publicly-owned construction land via open bidding for construction of the facility for housing, business, social housing, in Malojastrebacka Street in Ledena Stena settlement, as well as for the construction of the business-commercial complex facility in Jovan Ristic Street in Nis.
