DIS supermarket at 3,550 sqm in Novi Sad's Big CEE shopping center - Danos concludes agreement on behalf of Israeli company

Danos and Associates has been appointed by BIG CEE Serbia to conclude a lease agreement with DIS supermarket. Lease Agreement is signed for a 3,550 sqm retail unit, whose opening is scheduled for August 2012.

The shopping center at 11 Sentandrejski Road will be opened by aforementioned Israeli company BIG CEE Serbia, which is part of the Israeli group Big Shopping Centers operating in Israel, India and USA.

The retail park in Novi Sad is their first project in Serbia. It is situated 4km away from the city center and 5km away from the E-75 Horgos - Novi Sad - Belgrade highway. It will comprise up to 40,000 sqm of commercial space and 1,500 free parking spaces that will enable easy approach and fuss-free retail experience to the future consumers.
