The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency has advertised the new sale of a part of the property of the hotel-tourism company HTP Fontana from Vrnjacka Banja, using the method of public bidding.
The offer includes Hotel Beli Izvor and the eponymous annex on Goc, as well as two side buildings, whose initial price is RSD 12.1 million.
The public bidding will be held on July 25.
