Senior business and residential facility in Banja Koviljaca spa resort opens its doors in summer 2012

Construction of Senior business and residential facility in Banja Koviljaca spa resort is underway, and the works are expected to be completed in summer 2012.

Senior will be mainly adapted to fit the needs of the stay of senior people. It will comprise all required contents such as constant medical care, medical offices, common premises for daycare, dining room, TV room, hobby room, etc.

Residential units will range in size from 25 to 100 square meters and will be exclusively intended for sale.

- Senior is situated in the center of Banja Koviljaca spa resort, spanning about 7,000 square meters, and it will be the most modern and best equipped complex of the kind in the Balkans - the company Pejak Handel, the project investor, announced.
