The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency has advertised the first sale of the property of the company Kraljevo-Gradnja.
The subject of the sale is split into two property lots, the first of which consists of a complex of 24 facilities in the settlement of Cibukovac with the accompanying equipment and supplies. The initial price of this lot is RSD 91,655,734.
The second lot includes a guardhouse, an auxiliary building, a canopy, two silos, a part of a substation and a part of another auxiliary building in Konarevo. The second lot also includes equipment and supplies. The initial price is RSD 16,186,775.
Participation requires the purchase of the sales documentation and the payment of the deposit.
The public bidding will be held on March 8, at 11 AM, at the address: Bankruptcy Supervision Agency – Center for Bankruptcy Proceedings, 23 Terazije Street, Belgrade, 3rd floor, room 301 – “Simpo Hall”.
