Land for Construction of Shopping Center in Kikinda up for Sale
The City of Kikinda has published the public ad for the sale of undeveloped building land of 11,383 m2. According to the ad, the estimated market value of the parcel amounts to EUR 260,000, which is also the initial price.
The alienation of the land is to be carried out by collecting written bids, and the ad clarifies that it is being done for the purpose of the construction of a commercial-purpose facility (retail-park, shopping center), whose construction is envisaged in the Detailed Regulation Plan for Block 24 and a part of Block 46.
The deadline for the construction and the commissioning of the facility is 15 months from the date of the solemnization of the contract at the public notary, otherwise the acquirer is obliged to return the building parcel, the ad says.
– All interested parties which, individually or with related parties in the sense of Article 62 of the Company Act, have a minimum of three previously built facilities in the Republic of Serbia, with a minimum area of 2,500 m2 per facility, and whose purpose is a retail park or a trade center, and which are operational on the date of the submission of the bid, may take part in the alienation procedure.
Bids may be submitted by March 6.
