Land in Ada Ciganlija up for Sale – Parcel Publicly Owned by City Meant for Service Crafts, Commerce and Business
The building land in the Ada Ciganlija area along the old Obrenovac Road, which is publicly owned by the city of Belgrade, has been put up for sale at an initial price of RSD 497,963,158.
The initial price for the alienation of the building land is determined based on the value of the building land estimated by the Secretariat for Public Revenues of the City Administration of Belgrade.
The area of the land advertised for sale is 7,700 m2, and it consists of three parcels, all of them in the cadaster municipality of Cukarica.
According to the ad documentation, said location is covered by the Detailed Regulation Plan of Ada Ciganlija, and the purpose of the facilities within the zone of commercial activities can be service crafts, wholesale and retail, hypermarkets, wholesale markets and business operations of any kind. As a compatible purpose, it is possible to realize sports and recreation, and apartments are not allowed.
The deadline for submitting the applications for taking part in the public bidding process is August 29, until 3.30 PM.
The public bidding is scheduled for August 30.
