Danos Group opens office in Montenegro in early 2011 - New offices in Novi Sad, Nis and Kragujevac by end of 2010

Danos, one of the leading real estate consulting companies in Serbia, Greece, Bulgaria, Albania, and on Cyprus, is going to open an office in Montenegro in early 2011.

- The decision has been made that, in addition to the office in Romania, we also open a branch office in Montenegro and provide the services that are not developed there. We had a meeting last week with Montenegrin ministries and leading banks in order to determine the possibilities for cooperation – Jovan Jovanovic, Danos Serbia Country Manager, explains for eKapija.

He says that Danos' office in Podgorica will comprise the sector for appraisals and investment consulting and the sector for transaction services. According to the words of Jovanovic, such activities in Montenegro have, so far, been done by court experts from Montenegro or companies from Belgrade.

As the Danos Serbia Country Manager explains, the office in Podgorica will be independent and its staff will be a local team, and it will be assisted by the Belgrade-based office in the beginning.

Danos in Montenegro will also cooperate with the public sector. Based on the experiences gained on Cyprus, it is possible to compare the two countries and increase the number of tourists in Montenegro.

Danos has already had many clients in Montenegro. Some of them are: Restis Group, Lampda Development, Pluto Capital, Hellenic Petroleum. The company was also working on the Porto Montenegro project, as well as on the development of the hotels Avala, Metropol and Putnik.

- We have many clients in Belgrade who are interested in investing money, not only in Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, but also in Montenegro, and not only in the coastal area, but also in the northern regions whose tourism potentials are constantly growing – Jovanovic points out.

Danos' offices in Novi Sad, Nis and Kragujevac

Danos is also going to open offices in Novi Sad, Nis and Kragujevac by the end of the year.

- Danos will carry out a decentralization of the Belgrade-based office. The offices in Serbia should be responsible for local activities and for helping the colleagues from the office in Belgrade, and they should also develop our network by themselves – says CEO of Danos Serbia.

Danos started operating in Serbia in March 2009 and it is a part of BNP Paribas RE Group, one of the largest finance groups in Europe.
