Belgrade-based Recreatours sells Zlatarska Jezera complex near Kokin Brod

Nearly two decades after it was deserted, Zlatarska Jezera complex in Radoinja settlement in the vicinity of Kokin Brod may soon get a new owner and, thus, restore its old glory.

Belgrade-based closed joint-stock company Recreatours, the complex owner, has offered for sale that holiday resort whose dependencies, restaurant and accompanying contents occupy the surface area of 4 ha 80 ar and 17 sqm.

As eKapija has already announced earlier, Recreatours has decided to make that move after the market appraisal of the value of the complex and the strategic decision that the sale is more acceptable that the self-financed reconstruction.

The starting price of Zlatarska Jezera tourist complex is RSD 34,398,000.
